 Alarm goes off

We watch her wake up, walk over to their calendar and cross off a day with a pen.

We view a close-up of this calendar while they rae doing it and we see two events written in under two days. On the Saturday is 'Tom's 18th' and then on the Monday we see 'Big Concert!! 4pm', which is highlighted and circled around

2. EXT. Common / public space outside - daytime

The protagonist is talking with their friends and laughing, we go in further to hear the conversation.

Dialogue is irrelevent except for 3 things to be mentioned:

1. Tom's party

2. How loud the music will be at his party

3. Her concert on Monday and its importance

The ringing is still present as the shot fades up from black to the protagonist asleep again.

The ringing fades but is still present as they wake up, look at their alarm weirdly and gets up to cross off Saturday on the calendar. We see 'Final Concert again'

They go back over to their alarm and wonder why it didn't go off, putting it close to their ear, confused.

Their sibling comes into their room and starts speaking to them
